For the first time in Greece and exclusively at XENIA 2024, visitors had the opportunity to see up close a unique hospitality project by Costas Gagos and the team of Costas Gagos Architecture & Design.
The One Living Capsules by Costas Gagos are an innovative approach to the field of hospitality, combining modern architecture with high aesthetics. It is the first hospitality capsule designed and manufactured entirely in Larissa, opening new venues in the design of prefabricated and transportable smart homes in Greece.
The new model, which was presented after last year’s success at the XENIA 2023 exhibition, is an advanced version of the previous ONE living, with a larger area of 65 sq.m. and double width facade, reaching 8 meters, to offer an unobstructed view to the visitor. It is a smart capsule with an intelligent management system.
The design is characterized by curves and organic lines, emphasizing minimalist aesthetics and modern architecture. Large openings allow plenty of natural light inside, creating a space that exudes calm and comfort. The carefully selected textures and shades are harmoniously combined, offering a unique aesthetic experience.
The concept is completed with the design of the outdoor space, where artificial rocks dominate, inspired by the characteristic cave dwellings of Greece, giving a sense of connection with nature.
One Living Capsules prove that architecture can be environmentally friendly, while maintaining a high quality of life and aesthetic perfection.
