For three days, Xenia was the meeting point of the most dynamic Tourism community, where great deals were closed, and new trends and applications that lead the hospitality businesses to a sustainable future, were highlighted.
520+ exhibitors presented trends, innovative products, high-end proposals
The 2023 event highlighted all the innovative and up-to-date solutions for the construction, renovation, equipment, supply and energy upgrade of hotels, as well as a huge range of modern products, specialized services and digital tools that every executive of the tourism industry needs in order to develop his business into a strong hospitality brand name. Through the range of products and services of the exhibitors, hoteliers and accommodation owners, architects, decorators and representatives of construction companies were able to find materials and practices for sustainable and eco-friendly hotel units, smart technologies, advanced audiovisuals as well as automatic systems that shape a smart hotel, digital solutions that will improve and personalize the guest experience, as well as suggestions to include the wellness part in their hotel. At the same time, a significant number of F&B Managers found kitchen and catering equipment.
Sustainability & energy saving solutions were highlighted during the expo
During their visit to Xenia, the industry professionals had the opportunity to talk directly with the 150 exhibitors of the Construction Section to choose together the custom energy saving solutions that suit their business. They also discovered up close innovative products and modern services that aim to make their hotel units functional, modern, sustainable, eco-friendly. At the same time, they found solutions that will help them in the energy upgrade of their tourist accommodation with the aim of saving natural resources and costs, which is currently the number one request for them.

Designed by the team of Costas Gagos Architecture & Design, the impressive 420 sq.m prefabricated, transportable, luxury suite drew crowds who raved its contemporary minimalist design, smart management systems, impressive design, and functionality.
Workshops that informed, inspired and highlighted industry trends
The workshops of the Xenia exhibition were, once again, a place of informtion, a channel of communication between distinguished speakers and executives of the Tourism industry, but also an opportunity for inspiration. During Digi Hotel, marketing experts, hotel executives and representatives from leading companies in the market that specialize in digital hospitality products and services presented all the digital trends and tools. Metaverse and hospitality, customer experience design, social media, digital advertising and online sales, financing programs, price parity, the new era of digital payments were some of the topics that were discussed. Also, this year a new cycle of workshops concerning architectural and construction developments and trends was presented for the first time and took place on The Red Spot Stage. Architects, civil engineers, lighting designers and hoteliers analyzed selected case studies of hotel projects – resorts, boutique and city hotels – developing the challenges that had to be faced, from the initial concept to their final implementation.
